You can file a grievance in person or by phone, mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, the agency Section 1557 Coordinator is available to help you. We will respond to your complaint within two (2) days of receipt, and if an investigation is needed, it will be completed within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of your complaint. If there are circumstances that prevent us from resolving your complaint within fourteen (14) days, we will notify you in advance and explain the reason for the delay.
